Introduction
The Bible says this:
The law was given through Moses,
but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
John 1:17 (NKJV)
We invite you to find a new study every day from the Bible on the subjects of Grace and Truth!
| Where are you? Genesis 3 : 9. Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, "Where are you?" NKJV Today God is calling you by your name and asking, "Where are you?" What does God mean by this question? He wants to know where you are in relation to Him. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the greatest, He wants to know how important He is to you. At this time in his life, Adam was hiding from God. He had lost his purpose because he had disobeyed God and become confused. He wished God would just go away and stop calling out to him. But since God loves us so much, He will not give up on calling out to us. He wants us to stop running away from Him and instead face Him and mend our relationship with Him. Prayer: Father, I am sorry for disregarding Your call to me. Thanks for calling me by my name today. I want to mend my relationship with You and get really close to You. I want You to know that You are very important to me, and I want to obey You today, In Jesus' name, Amen. |
